Terms of Use

By booking with Premier Stays, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • Booking & Payment:
    • A valid payment method is required to confirm all bookings.
    • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the property and the length of your stay.
  • Check-in & Check-out:
    • Check-in is available from 15:00pm and check-out must be completed by 11am.
    • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not receive a refund.
    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
  • Property Use:
    • The guest agrees to use the property solely for lawful purposes and agrees to abide by the house rules.
    • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
  • Pets:
    • We do not allow any pets in our properties may allow pets.
  • Liability:
    • Premier Stays is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
    • Guests are advised to keep their belongings safe and secure.
